Chapter 33: Nightmare, Fairy
The heavy snow was falling, covering the world in a vast expanse of white. A young man with an unattractive appearance trudged through the snowstorm, leaving behind two endless rows of footprints.
He had been walking in the snow for a long time, hungry and cold.
Eventually, the young man couldn’t hold on any longer and collapsed in the snow.
The icy snow pounded his face, and he felt his blood gradually growing cold.
Struggling to endure, he thought he might not wake up again if he closed his eyes. The heavy snow would engulf his body, burying him in this icy and snowy wilderness.
As his eyelids became heavier, he saw a white light appear on the horizon.
He had never seen such a pure and sacred light before—it was extraordinarily beautiful.
A woman dressed in long black clothes, with an exquisite figure, emerged from the white light.
The woman’s body emitted a faint halo, and her face was hidden beneath a cluster of white light, making it difficult to see clearly.
“Fairy…” the young man reached out towards the distance, his voice hoarse and unpleasant.
The fairy, as pure as a mountain snow lotus, spoke with a voice as cold as the wind and snow: “I am the Snow Fairy from the heavens, governing the ice and snow between heaven and earth. This time, I descend to face a tribulation. And you are my tribulation.”
“Me? A tribulation?” The young man murmured weakly, struggling to open his eyes and get a clearer look at her.
However, no matter how hard he tried, he couldn’t make out her face.
At the brink of death, he heard the fairy say, “Regardless of your wishes, I will help you fulfill them.”
That was probably the most enchanting voice he had ever heard.
“I want to live. I want to become powerful…” The young man struggled to utter his final words.
He thought it was just a hallucination appearing in his dying moments.
However, when the young man opened his eyes again, he found himself still alive.
He lay in a room covered with blankets, his heart still beating.
The blankets on the floor seemed to be made of the fur of some spiritual beast—soft and warm, directly touching his skin, making him feel comfortable all over.
It was a sensation he had never experienced before.
Before long, he noticed something peculiar about himself.
His hands had become larger, and his legs had grown longer!
The young man saw his transformed appearance in a bronze mirror.
The once ugly and repulsive face had become extraordinarily handsome, and his slender and short stature had grown to nearly nine feet, becoming robust and upright!
The skinny and despised young man had undergone a tremendous change, becoming the perfect man he had always longed to be.
Not only that, but he felt a surge of strength throughout his body.
“You are still alive, and you have become very powerful. I have fulfilled your wishes.” A voice suddenly came from behind.
The young man turned abruptly and saw the black-robed fairy he had encountered before slipping into unconsciousness.
“Do you have any other desires?” the fairy asked.
The young man stared at her intently, although her face was obscured by the divine light, causing a stinging sensation if looked at for too long. Nonetheless, he stubbornly gazed at the location of her eyes.
As if, by doing so, he could engage in a direct gaze with her.
The young man hesitated and said, “I also want… you to stay with me.”
He didn’t dare to finish his impolite request.
The black-robed fairy misunderstood his intention, her cold voice carrying a hint of curiosity. “You want me?”
The young man was frightened and hurriedly explained, “No, no, no, I don’t. I mean, I, I—”
“Fine,” the fairy coldly uttered two words.
The young man widened his eyes suddenly, and his mind seemed to explode with a loud bang, as if something had burst open, causing his blood vessels to swell and his blood to boil.
“Regardless of the wish, I will help you fulfill it. Including me,” the fairy said calmly.
She walked slowly towards him. With each step, a snow lotus-shaped light cluster appeared beneath her feet, only to disappear quickly.
The young man swallowed hard, his voice hoarse. “No, I dare not disrespect the fairy.”
The fairy, however, said, “It’s just a physical form. If you like it, you can have it. It doesn’t affect my cultivation.”
“If this is my tribulation, I would rather thank you. It’s much easier than the tribulation I imagined.”
The young man stared at her in a daze, waves of heat assaulting him and eroding his rationality.
“What’s wrong? Changed your mind again?” The fairy tilted her head.
“I want it!” Before his brain could react, the young man hastily replied.
Realizing what he had said, his heart pounded, and his breath became rapid and difficult.
In the end, he almost suffocated.
Then, step by step, he approached the fairy with an indistinct face, trembling hands and undoing her belt…
The young man desecrated the pure fairy.
He felt guilty but also had hidden excitement.
He shouldn’t have pulled the fairy down from the divine pedestal, but the allure of beauty presented itself willingly, tempting him.
The young man kissed the body wrapped in a faint halo meticulously, each movement filled with unparalleled devotion.
He held the fairy tightly, merging deeply with her.
At the peak, as the violated fairy, the halo around her body faded, and the cluster of divine light obscuring her face slowly dissipated.
The fairy’s face gradually became clear.
As beautiful as a flower, skin like condensed fat, lips resembling water lilies… breathtakingly gorgeous.
However, in the eyes of the fairy, there was no ripple, even as the young man violated her. There was no trace of extra emotion, just a cold detachment.
As the young man saw this face, especially when he met the cold and beautiful eyes, the confusion and infatuation in his eyes suddenly dissipated, his pupils sharply contracting…
The night was deep.
In the Lord’s Mansion, just outside the Lord’s sleeping quarters, Pei Ziqing abruptly opened his eyes, fear and confusion filling his gaze.
The young man’s face was flushed, and he was soaked all over, as if he had just been pulled out of the water.
He breathed rapidly, taking in the air in the room. A bead of sweat the size of a soybean rolled down his forehead, landing on the back of his hand, producing a clear tapping sound in the silent night.
It turned out to be a dream.
But why did he have such a dream?
Pei Ziqing’s agitated breathing and heartbeat gradually calmed down. The restless heat on his body disappeared, and all emotions in his eyes were concealed, forming a deep and impenetrable darkness.
Surprisingly, what that person said was correct.
He did have different feelings for his sister. That’s why he had such a filthy dream.
He wanted to possess his sister, to have her look only at him, not because of the possessiveness younger siblings feel toward their elders, but because he liked her.
Just like in the dream—
He wanted… her.
Pei Ziqing closed his eyes, recalling the scenes from the dream. His heart was faintly burning, his blood slowly heating up, but his hands were gradually clenching into fists.
He should never have such dark and filthy thoughts about his beloved sister.
He really shouldn’t have.
When Nan Yuan rose, the diligent and studious Pei Ziqing was already practicing sword techniques in the courtyard.
Holding a broadsword almost as tall as Pei Ziqing, weighing a hundred catties, he wielded it, creating a whistling wind.
Originally, Nan Yuan intended for the young one to use a double-edged sword, as a double-edged sword is light and appears more elegant and refined. However, after the young one saw her swing a broadsword once, he insisted on using a broadsword.
“Ah Qing…”
As soon as the woman spoke, Pei Ziqing immediately stopped his movements, lifting the broadsword. He dashed towards her in a cute manner.
“Sister, did I disturb you?”
Nan Yuan hinted, “Are you asking about now or midnight yesterday?”
Pei Ziqing was momentarily stunned, a trace of panic passing through his eyes. But in the moment his gaze lowered, he composed himself, asking somewhat embarrassedly, “Last night, did I disturb my sister?”
Nan Yuan’s tone carried a hint of disdain: “Tossing and turning with the blanket, opening and closing the door, making so much noise. How could I not know?”
